The supplier shall bid for the item described in the Terms of Reference, which shall not exceed the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount inclusive of all applicable bank and government charges:

RFQ 2025-25: Seventy-Seven Thousand and Seventy-Seven Pesos (Php77,077.00)

RFQ 2025-35: One Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos (Php192,633.00)

RFQ 2025-36: One Hundred Eight Thousand Pesos (Php108,000.00)

Bidders who are legally, technically, and financially capable may submit their accomplished open quotation/proposal personally by mail/courier addressed to the BAC Office, 4th Floor, PRC Annex Building, P. Paredes St., Sampaloc, Manila or via email at bac@prc.gov.ph using the “PRC Official Forms” provided in the RFQ, duly signed by the owner or his duly authorized representative, not later than June 02, 2025, at 10:00 A.M.
