The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Inclusion of the Physical Therapy Licensure Examination in the Schedule of the 2017 Special Professional Licensure Examinations in the Middle East

Manila, June 7, 2017 – Pursuant to Resolution No. 1043, Series of 2017, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the inclusion of the Physical Therapy Licensure Examination in the schedule of Special Professional Licensure Examinations (SPLE) to be conducted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, and other Middle East countries on September 1 and 2, 2017 for the benefit of qualified Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).

Filing of Application for examination will be done through www.prc.gov.ph.

Applicants are to submit a printed copy of application form and photocopy of required documents to Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) on or before June 16, 2017, as per Memorandum Circular No. 04 series of 2017.
