The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

November 2016 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination

Manila, November 23, 2016 --- The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) together with the Board of Nursing will conduct the Nurses Licensure Examination on November 26 (Saturday) and 27 (Sunday), 2016 for fourteen thousand six hundred twenty nine (14,629) examinees in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Pagadian and Zamboanga

Examinees are advised to be at their designated rooms before 6:30 in the morning. Late examinees will not be admitted to take the Examination. They are required to bring the Notice of Admission (NOA), Official Receipt, pencils no. 1 or 2, black ball pens, metered-stamped window mailing envelope, long brown and long plastic envelopes. Cellular phones and other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited. They are also required to observe the dress code of either a school uniform or a clinical uniform with white shoes and white socks but without nameplate, school insignia/logo and pin. For pregnant examinees, a white clinical scrub suit is advised.
