Manila, February 3, 2017 – Hon. Mariano LL. Jovellanos, reappointed as member of the Board of Veterinary Medicine, formally took his oath before the Professional Regulation Commission on February 1, 2017,held at the Conference Room, 2nd Floor, PRC Main Building. His oath was administered by Chairman Teofilo S. Pilando Jr. and witnessed by Commissioner Angeline T. Chua Chiaco and Commissioner Yolanda D. Reyes.
