MANILA, PHILIPPINES - The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) successfully conducted the Virtual Oath-Taking Ceremony of the New Career Progression and Specialization Program – Credit Accumulation and Transfer System (CPSP-CATS) Committee Chairpersons, Vice Chairpersons and/or Members on April 8, 2025 (Tuesday). 

The PRC proudly congratulates the newly appointed and designated officers and members of the CPSP-CATS Committees for various Professional Regulatory Boards (PRBs) as follows:

The oath of office was formally administered by Assistant Commissioner L. Louis P. Valera, Oversight for the CPSP-CATS, and witnessed by Hon. Melinda L. Garcia, Program Manager of the CPSP-CATS Program Management Committee and Member of the Professional Regulatory Board (PRB) of Dentistry, and Hon. Roland Lyle D. Duque, Chairperson of the CPSP-CATS Health and Allied Cluster and Member of the PRB of Physical and Occupational Therapy, and witnessed by Ms. Marie Cecille P. Fernando, Chief of the Qualification Recognition Division of the International Affairs Office (IAO-QRD).
