The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) held its 10th ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) Conferment Ceremony last 13 September 2019 at the Maynila Ballroom, The Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Ermita, Manila, Philippines.

The title ACPE was conferred to 79 Filipino Engineers by ASEAN Monitoring Committee on Engineering Services of the Philippines (AMCESP) led by Commissioner Yolanda D. Reyes of the PRC, Engr. Ranulfo C. Feliciano of the Philippine Technological Council, and Chief Buenaventura D. Macatangay of the Program Development Division of the Commission on Higher Education.

The ACPE Registry is a mechanism for quality assurance as it contains the names of professionals found compliant with the requirements set commonly agreed by the ten (10) ASEAN Member States. The conferment of the title therefore enables the conferees to register as Foreign Professional Engineer in any ASEAN host country, to work in collaboration with counterpart ACPE.
