The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

PRC Koronadal Now Accepts Requests for Authentication

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the public that PRC KoronadalService Centeris now accepting requests for Authentication of the following PRC Documents:

  • PRC Identification Card
  • Certificate of Registration (COR)
  • Official Report of Rating
  • Certificate of Passing

The REQUIREMENTS for the Authentication of PRC Documents are:

  1. Original and photocopy (should be of the same size):
  • Valid and clearly signed Professional Identification Card (PIC)
  • Official Report of Rating
  • Certificate of Registration (COR)
  • Certificate of Passing
  1. Two (2) pieces Documentary Stamp Tax (DST) per copy
  1. Filing via Representative:

           If Non-PRC License Holder

  • Valid Government-issued ID
  • Special Power of Attorney (SPA)

If PRC Registered Professional

  • Valid PRC PIC
  • Authorization Letter

*Please note that Authentication of ANY PRC Documents requires a valid PRC PIC.

To ensure a smooth transaction, the following PROCEDURES must be properly observed:

  • Secure Action Sheet/Order of Payment Form and Priority Number from Public Assistance and Complaint Desk (PACD) and accomplish according to request.
  • Place the duly accomplished Action Sheet/Order of Payment Form and DISINFECTED requirements (original and photocopy) on a plastic envelope for authentication and submit at the Authentication Window.
  • Pay prescribed fees at the PRC Cashier with exact amount (Php 75.00/copy) then receive Claim Slip and Official Receipt.
  • Claim authenticated copy/ies of PRC Document/s on the scheduled date and time.
