Manila, December 7, 2017 – The current PRC Pagadian Regional Office located at 149 F.S. Pajares St. is now transferring its new office space at the 4th Floor of the City Commercial Centre (C3) Pagadian City. The C3 is owned and operated by the City Government of Pagadian. The new regional office space has a area of 541 sq. meters and was designed to suit in for office operation as designed by the PRC Central and Regional Office.

The C3 where the new PRC Pagadian Regional Office will operate is located at the City Business Centre with more or less 100 meters from the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), 500 meters away from the City Government of Pagadian, Philippine National Police Station and Bureau of Fire Protection and is accessible to a number of medical centres and food centres.

It was noted that it has been a long dream of PRC Chairman Teofilo S. Pilando Jr. to upgrade the physical facilities of our regional offices and this will be the third ROs that has been transferred into a more spacious and accommodating office space for the year. Just recently, a Contract of Lease has been signed between the City Mayor of Pagadian, Romeo P. Pulmones and the PRC Chairman to effect the said transfer starting January 1, 2018.

The new PRC Pagadian Regional Office will provide services to our professionals in the northern part of Zamboanga Peninsula which include the cities of Pagadian, Dapitan, Dipolog and Zamboanga Sibuegey province and influence areas of southern cities of Misamis Occidental that include Ozamis, Tangnub and Oroquita and the two cities of Marawi and Iligan of two Lanao provinces. While the southern part of the region will be served by the Zamboanga Satellite Office that include Zamboanga del Sur and ARMM provinces of Basilan, Sulu and Tawi – Tawi.
