The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Suspension of PRC Services in Celebration of the 448th Foundation Anniversary of the City of Manila on 24 June 2019

The Professional Regulation Commission announces the temporary suspension of services of its office in Morayta, Sampaloc, Manila including the Off-site Service Centers in Robinsons Place Manila and Otis on 24 June 2019 (Monday), in celebration of the 448th Foundation Anniversary of the City of Manila.

This is pursuant to Proclamation No. 731, “Declaring Monday, 24 June 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Manila.”

The said offices will resume their operations on 25 June 2019 (Tuesday).

Appointments set on the said date are still valid and will be entertained upon resumption of operations.
