The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Suspension of Services in PRC Off-site Service Center in Robinsons Place Santa Rosa, Laguna on 10 June 2019

The Professional Regulation Commission announces the temporary suspension of services of its Off-site Service Center in Robinsons Place Santa Rosa, Laguna on 10 July 2019 (Wednesday), in celebration of the 15th Cityhood Anniversary in the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna.

This is pursuant to Proclamation No. 760, “Declaring Wednesday, 10 July 2019, A Special (Non-working) Day in the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna”.

The said office will resume its operations on 11 July 2019 (Thursday).

The transacting public with appointments set on the said date may opt to transact in PRC Lucena or proceed to PRC Off-site Service Center in Robinsons Place Santa Rosa, Laguna upon resumption of operations.
