Please be informed that the Professional Regulation Commission – Lucena Regional Office will be conducting Mobile Services for the Application for Licensure Examination, Renewal of Professional Licenses and Initial Registration:

On MAY 29-30, 2017 at ROBINSONS MALL, ANTIPOLO (ATRIUM)

Applicant’s for the Board Licensure Examination are advised to register their application online.

Professionals renewing their ID cards with additional documentary requirements as prescribed by their respective board/s such as Certificate of Good Standing from their Accredited Professional Organization (APO) should be submitted together with their renewal forms for smooth processing of transactions.

Initial registrants are required to present a duly notarized oath form (downloadable from www.prc.gov.ph) and four (4) passport size pictures with complete name tag (only pictures taken within the last three (3) months shall be accepted).
