With the entire country now under a State of Public Health Emergency under Proclamation No. 922 (s.2020) and State of Calamity under Proclamation No. 929 (s.2020), and with the entire Luzon and other localities in the Visayas and Mindanao otherwise declared as under Enhanced or Strict Community Quarantine, all offices of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in the Visayas and Mindanao, including its Service Centers, subject to the imposed local Community Quarantine declaration, may adopt a work-from-home arrangement and skeletal workforce whenever appropriate, as provided for by applicable provisions of PRC  Memorandum No. 20  (s.2020), from March 23, 2020 until the end of the quarantine period or as directed by the Commission, whichever comes earlier.
