The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) lauds the successful takers and the TOP ONE examinee, who garnered the highest ranking, of the recently concluded June 2025 Registered Electrical Engineers Special Professional Licensure Examination.  The TOPNOTCHER emerged from the twenty-eight (28) successful passers out of the one hundred and three (103) examinees in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; Manama, Bahrain; Salmiya, Kuwait; Singapore and Taipei, Taiwan.
