The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) commends the successful takers and the TOP THREE examinees, who garnered the highest rankings, of the recently concluded June 2025 Registered Master Electricians Special Professional Licensure Examination.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from the seventy-eight (78) successful passers out of the one hundred and six (106) examinees in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; Manama, Bahrain; Salmiya, Kuwait; Singapore and Taipei, Taiwan.
