The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) warmly congratulates the successful takers and the TOP ONE examinee, who garnered the highest ranking, of the recently concluded June 2025 Aeronautical Engineers Special Professional Licensure Examination.  The TOPNOTCHER emerged from four (4) successful passers out of the thirteen (13) examinees in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; and Taipei, Taiwan.
