The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) lauds the successful takers and the TOP FIVE examinees, who garnered the highest rankings, of the recently concluded June 2025 Master Plumbers Special Professional Licensure Examination.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from the fifty-three (53) successful passers out of the one hundred and four (104) examinees in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; Manama, Bahrain; Salmiya, Kuwait; Singapore; and Taipei, Taiwan.
