The Board for Professional Teachers, through Board Resolution No. 2015-08, resolved to include Jolo Sulu, Bongao Tawi-tawi and Catanduanes in the list of Testing Centers to serve examinees coming from these provinces.

The Board for Professional Teachers, through Board Resolution No. 2015-09, resolved to include San Jose, Antique in the list of Testing Centers to serve examinees coming from the Region.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 594 out of 832 passed the Physician Licensure Examination given by the Board of Medicine in the cities of Manila and Cebu this February 2015.

The members of the Board of Medicine who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Miguel L. Noche Jr., Chairman; Dr. Edgardo T. Fernando, Dr. Restituto C. De Ocampo, Dr. Jose Y. Cueto, Jr., and Dr. Mildred N. Pareja, Members.

The results were released in two (2) working days from the last day of examination.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 215 out of 432 passed the Master Plumber Licensure Examination given by the Board for Master Plumbers in Manila this February 2015.

The members of the Board for Master Plumbers who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Valentino M. Mangila, Chairman; Arch. Prospero A. Abellano and Engr. Pedrito D. Camilet, Jr., Members.

The results were released in one (1) working day after the last day of examination.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 3 out of 6 passed the Metallurgical Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Metallurgical Engineering in Manila this February 10-12, 2015.

The members of the Board of Metallurgical Engineering who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Agustin M. Fudolig, Chairman and Engr. Juancho Pablo S. Calvez, Member.

The three-day examination was held at PRC-Manila using the Computer-Based Examination (CBE). The CBE is a user-friendly, desktop, windows-based and competency-based computerized testing system.

Manila, February 9, 2015 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that the PRC-Iloilo office shall be closed on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 in observance of Governor Evelio B. Javier Day.

The Holiday declaration is stipulated in Republic Act No. 7601, approved on June 3, 1992, entitled "An Act Declaring February 11 of Each Year Governor Evelio B. Javier Day, a special non-working public holiday in the provinces of Antique, Capiz, Aklan and Iloilo".

PRC Iloilo Regional Office will resume services on February 12, 2015 (Thursday).
