Manila, September 11, 2014 --- The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the program of the Civil Engineer licensure exam in Riyadh and Al-Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; and Doha, Qatar on October 3 and 4, 2014 as follows:

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 2,190 out of 3,661 Registered Electrical Engineers and 972 out of 2,964 Registered Master Electricians successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Zamboanga this September 2014. The results of examination with respect to four (4) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 24 passed the Technical Evaluation for the Upgrading as Professional Electrical Engineers given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila this September 2014.

The members of the Board of Electrical Engineering who conducted the Technical Evaluation are Engr. Jaime V. Mendoza and Engr. Francis V. Mapile.

As advised by the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) thru the Cagayan Electric Cooperative I (CAGELCO I), there will be a scheduled power interruption on September 11, 2014 (8:00 am to 6:00 pm) in the entire province of Cagayan due to the annual preventive maintenance of their transmission facilities.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 32 examinees passed the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service on July 13, 2014 as per Board Resolution No. 61 Series of 2014.
