Manila, May 12, 2014 -- The Professional Regulation Commission and the Professional Regulatory Board for Professional Teachers announces the inclusion of Virac, Catanduanes and Masbate City as additional testing centers for the July 27, 2014 Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT).

The Board for Professional Teachers resolved to include Virac and Masbate City in the list of Testing Centers to accommodate the examinees coming from the region.

Manila, May 12, 2014 -- The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the inclusion of Rosales, Pangasinan in the list of Testing Centers for the October 2014 Board Licensure Examination for Criminologists (BLEC).

The addition of Rosales, Pangasinan will service the examinees coming from Pangasinan, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Zambales, Aurora, Pampanga and other nearby provinces.

The Board of Criminology recommended the selection and designation of a testing site to accommodate the examinees from Regions 1 and 3.

Manila, May 12, 2014 -- The Professional Regulation Commission announces the resumption of the conduct of the January Board Licensure Examination for Sanitary Engineers (BLESE) effective 2015 and the subsequent schedules.

The Board of Sanitary Engineering resolved to set aside Board Resolution No. 2 series of 2009 and to administer the BLESE twice a year on the months of January and August.

Manila, May 8, 2014 -- The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the launching of its first-ever Fun Run Activity dubbed “PRC RUN (Rising in Unity for Nation-Building”) at the PRC lot along Macapagal Avenue.

Registration period for the 5-kilometer, 2.5-kilometer and the 1-kilometer run will be from April 21 – June 8, 2014 in All SM Business Centers. The fun run activity will spearhead the week-long celebration of the 41st Professional Regulation Consciousness Week.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,862 out of 4,289 passed the Civil Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Civil Engineering in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi and Lucena this May 2014.

The results were released in two (2) working days after the last day of examination.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,093 out of 2,365 passed the Midwife Licensure Examination given by the Board of Midwifery in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi, Lucena, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last April 2014.

Manila, April 30, 2014 --- The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that a total of 306 examinees will take the Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE) set on May 25-26, 2014 in Bacolod City.

All 306 examinees who have earlier filed their applications for NLE requested for a transfer of examination venue from Iloilo City to Bacolod.

Aside from the May 2014 NLE, Bacolod City will also serve as venue for the July 27, 2014 Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers and the November 29-30, 2014 NLE.
