Manila, February 26, 2014 – The Professional Regulation Commission and the Professional Regulatory Board of Mechanical Engineering today announced the inclusion of Cebu City as additional testing center for the March 2014 Board Licensure Examination for Mechanical Engineers (BLEME).

“The holding of the March 2014 BLEME in Cebu City will work to the advantage and convenience of the examinees coming from Cebu and nearby cities”, the Board said.

The March 2014 BLEME will be held simultaneously in the cities of Manila, and Cebu.

Manila, February 26, 2014 --- The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) today announced it has set March 5, 2014 as the date for the registration of applicants who were approved for registration without examination as respiratory therapists pursuant to Republic Act No. 10024, the “Philippine Respiratory Act of 2009” and Board of Respiratory Therapy Resolution Nos. 01 and 02 dated January 29, 2014 and Resolution No. 3 dated February 12, 2014. The initial registration will be held at the PRC Registration Division.

Manila, February 26, 2014 – The Professional Regulation Commission and the Professional Regulatory Board for Professional Teachers today announced the inclusion of Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Laoag, Ilocos Norte, Rosales, Pangasinan, Occidental Mindoro, and Hong Kong as additional testing centers for the July 2014 Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT).

The announcement was made in view of Board for Professional Teachers Resolution Nos. 7, 9, and 11, series of 2014.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 198 out of 364 passed the Master Plumber Licensure Examination given by the Board for Master Plumbers in Manila this February 2014.

The members of the Board for Master Plumbers who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Valentino M. Mangila, Chairman; Engr. Pedrito D. Camilet, Jr. and Engr. Propero A. Abellano, Members.

The results were released in six (6) working days after the last day of examination.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 425 out of 815 passed the Physician (Complete and Finals with Prelims) Licensure Examination given by the Board of Medicine in the cities of Manila and Cebu this February 2014.

The members of the Board of Medicine who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Miguel L. Noche, Jr., Chairman; Dr. Jose Y. Cueto, Jr., Dr. Restituto C. De Ocampo, Dr. Florentino C. Doble, Dr. Edgardo T. Fernando and Dr. Mildred N. Pareja, Members.

The results were released in three (3) working days from the last day of examination.

Manila, February 20, 2014 – The Professional Regulation Commission announces the schedule of the initial registration for those who have qualified to be registered without examination pursuant to Sections 16 and 17, Article V of R.A. 10029 and Board of Psychology Resolution Nos. 01, 02, 03, and 04 dated February 5, 2014 and Resolution No. 5 dated February 12, 2014, approved by the Commission.

Registrants are advised to proceed to the PRC-Registration Division on February 24, 2014 for their initial registration.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 7 out of 15 passed the Metallurgical Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Metallurgical Engineering in Manila this February 2014.

The members of the Board of Metallurgical Engineering who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Agustin M. Fudolig, Chairman and Engr. Juancho Pablo S. Calvez, Member.

The three-day examination was held at PRC-Manila using the Walk-in Examination System (WES).

Manila, February 19, 2014 – The Professional Regulation Commission and the Professional Regulatory Board for Professional Teachers announces the designation of Romblon as additional testing center for the July 2014 Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT).

The announcement was made in view of Board for Professional Teachers Resolution No. 05 series of 2014.

The July 2014 BLEPT will be held simultaneously in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Pagadian, Zamboanga, Bacolod and Romblon.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 370 out of 711 passed the Physical Therapist Licensure Examination and 25 out of 88 passed the Occupational Therapist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy in the cities of Manila and Cebu this February 2014.
