The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 96 passed the Technical Evaluation for the Upgrading as Professional Mechanical Engineer given by the Board of Mechanical Engineering in Manila this August 2016.

The members of the Board of Mechanical Engineering who conducted the Technical Evaluation are Engr. Jesus M. Redelosa, Chairman; Engr. Fernando S. Guevara and Engr. Mirardo C. Malazarte, Jr., Members.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 239 out of 390 passed the Guidance Counselor Licensure Examination given by the Board of Guidance and Counseling in Manila and Cagayan De Oro this August 2016.

The members of the Board of Guidance and Counseling who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Luzviminda S. Guzman, Chairman; Dr. Elena V. Morada and Dr. Carmelita P. Pabiton, Members.

The results were released in three (3) working days from the last day of examination.

Proserfina Matugas - Coro, who was recently appointed new member of the CPD Council for the Board of Chemical Engineering, formally took her oath before the Professional Regulation Commission yesterday, August 4, 2016 held at the Office of the Chairman, 2nd Floor, PRC Main Building. Her oath was administered by PRC Chairman Teofilo S. Pilando Jr. and witnessed by Commissioner Yolanda D. Reyes.

Manila, August 2, 2016 – Pursuant to Section 5 of Republic Act No. 8981, otherwise known as the “PRC Modernization Act of 2000”, Section 7(a) of Republic Act No. 8981 and Resolution No. 2013-774, Series of 2013 entitled “Revised Guidelines on the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program for all Registered and Licensed Professional, the Professional Regulation Commission, after a series of consultations and meetings, amended some of the provisions of the said guidelines in order to strengthen and enhance its implementation of effective August 5, 2016.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 884 out of 2,545 passed the Master Plumber Licensure Examination given by the Board for Master Plumbers in Manila, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and Legazpi this July 2016.
