The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 33 out of 61 passed the CHIEF MARINE ENGINEER OFFICERS LICENSURE EXAMINATION, 131 out of 222 passed the SECOND MARINE ENGINEER OFFICERS LICENSURE EXAMINATION and 184 out of 295 passed the OFFICER-IN-CHARGE OF AN ENGINEERING WATCH LICENSURE EXAMINATION given by the Board for Marine Engineer Officers in Manila and Cebu this September 2013.

Manila, September 17, 2013 – Doctors Teresita R. Yambot, Maria Elizabeth B. Valconcha and Mary Rose S. Paredes, who were recently appointed new members of the Board of Optometry, formally took their oath before the Professional Regulation Commission.

The oath of the new members of the board was administered by PRC Chair Teresita R. Manzala on Thursday, September 5 at the PRC Conference Room in Manila.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 86 out of 133 passed the Sanitary Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Sanitary Engineering in Manila this September 2013.

The members of the Board of Sanitary Engineering are Engr. Corazon De los Reyes-Romero, Chairman; Engr. Alfredo B. Espino and Engr. Florimond M. Lara, Members.

The results were released in two (2) working days from the last day of examination.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,643 out of 3,063 Registered Electrical Engineers and 773 out of 2,126 Registered Master Electricians successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Zamboanga this September 2013.

Manila, September 10, 2013 – The Professional Regulation Commission announces the postponement of the licensure examination for Fisheries Technologists originally set on October 15 and 16, 2013 in Manila, Davao and Iloilo.

Manila, September 10, 2013 – The Professional Regulation Commission announces the cancellation of Iloilo City as Testing Center for the September 2013 Licensure Examination for Mechanical Engineers due to low turn-out of applications.

The PRC advises applicants and examinees from Iloilo to take the examination in Manila and in Cebu.

The Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination will proceed as scheduled on September 22 and 23, 2013 in the cities of Manila, Cebu and Davao.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 144 out of 384 passed the Geodetic Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Geodetic Engineering in Manila this September 2013.
