The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 2,276 out of 2,716 passed the Medical Technologist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Medical Technology in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu and Davao last August 2013.

The members of the Board of Medical Technology who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Marietta C. Baccay, Chairman; Ms. Marilyn R. Atienza and Ms. Marian M. Tantingco, Members.

The results were released in three (3) working days from the last day of examination.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 169 out of 411 passed the Guidance Counselor Licensure Examination given by the Board of Guidance and Counseling in Manila last August 2013.

The members of the Board of Guidance and Counseling are Dr. Luzviminda S. Guzman, Chairman (Inhibited); Dr. Elena V. Morada (Officer-In-Charge) and Dr. Carmelita P. Pabiton, Members.

Manila, August 22, 2013 – The Professional Regulatory Board for Nutrition and Dietetics announces the oath taking of the country’s newest Nutritionist-Dietitians on September 4, 2013 (1:00PM) at the Pandango Polcabal Hall of the Manila Hotel.

“Passers of the July 2013 licensure exam comprise the newest batch of professionals”, the PRB Nutrition-Dietetics said.

Manila, August 29, 2013 -- The Professional Regulation Commission hereby informs all those who passed the August 2013 Physician Licensure Exam of the schedule of their initial registration at the PRC Auditorium, 5th Floor, Annex Building:

As advised by the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), there will be a scheduled power interruption on August 29, 2013 in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan due to the preventive maintenance of their transmission facilities.

In view of this maintenance activity of the NGCP, the PLDT, Inc., our Internet Service Provider will be affected. With this, PRC Tuguegarao Regional Office will experience internet connection problem, hence, our online systems will not be accessible during the scheduled brownout on August 29, 2013.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,834 out of 2,211 passed the Physician (Complete and Finals with Prelims) Licensure Examination given by the Board of Medicine in the cities of Manila, Cebu and Davao this August 2013.

The Professional Regulation Commission today announced the resetting of the Licensure Examination for Veterinary Medicine to September 18, 19 and 20.

The PRC made the announcement after it decided to postpone the examination originally scheduled on August 20, 21 and 22, 2013 in Manila and Cagayan de Oro City.

The public is hereby informed that due to the heavy and torrential rains brought about by typhoon Maring, government service today, August 20, 2013 (Tuesday) is suspended.

Likewise, the public is hereby reminded of Proclamation No. 459 declaring August 21, 2013 as a Special Non-Working Holiday in celebration of the "Ninoy Aquino Day".

The PRC will resume operations on August 22, 2013.
