The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that APPLICATION FOR LICENSURE EXAMINATIONS will be accepted at the Professional Regulation Commission - PICC Office starting on Monday, March 5, 2018.

Applicants may file and submit their documents at the PRC Office located at the Entrance Foyer, Ground Floor, Secretariat Building, Philippine International Convention Center, CCP Complex, Pasay City.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 37 passed the Technical Evaluation for the Upgrading as Professional Mechanical Engineer given by the Board of Mechanical Engineering in Manila last February 2018.

The members of the Board of Mechanical Engineering who conducted the Technical Evaluation are Engr. Jesus M. Redelosa, Chairman; Engr. Fernando S. Guevara and Engr. Mirardo C. Malazarte, Jr., Members

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 933 out of 1,983 passed the Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination and 20 out of 44 passed the Certified Plant Mechanic Licensure Examination given by the Board of Mechanical Engineering in Manila, Baguio and Cebu last February 2018.

The Board of Mechanical Engineering is composed of Engr. Jesus M. Redelosa, Chairman; Engr. Fernando S. Guevara and Engr. Mirardo C. Malazarte, Jr., Members.

The results were released in three (3) working days after the last day of examinations.

Pursuant to Resolution No. 03 (A), Series of 2017, the Professional Regulatory Board for Librarians (PRBFL) allows all registered and licensed librarians to use and append professional title “RL” (Registered Librarian) at the end of their name.

This resolution was crafted in response to the request of the Philippine Librarians Association, Inc. (PLAI), the Accredited and Integrated Professional Organization (AIPO) of Librarians to provide a uniform reference to all professional Librarians.

Kidapawan City Mayor Joseph A. Evangelista expressed his gratitude to the Professional Regulation Commission for the successful conduct of its first Licensure Examination for Criminologists in the City of Kidapawan last December 8, 9 and 10, 2017. In a letter addressed to the Commission, he stated that the said event “has given both honor and privilege in serving more or less 500 examinees all over Region XII.”. He was also very hopeful that the conduct of Licensure Examinations in the City would continue in the future.

In compliance with the Presidential Proclamation No. 412 declaring Monday, 26 February 2018, as a special non-working holiday in the City of Zamboanga, the Professional Regulation Commission announces its suspension of services in its Satellite Office in Zamboanga on 26 February, 2018. This is in celebration of its Charter Anniversary of the city.

The PRC Satellite Office will resume its operation on Tuesday, 27 February, 2018.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the rescheduling of the May 13, 14 and 20, 2018 Licensure Examination for Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi and Tacloban to May 13, 20 and 21, 2018, pursuant to PRC Resolution 1091 Series of 2018. The said resolution may be accessed HERE.

The change in examination schedule was due to the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections which fall on May 14, 2018.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 429 out of 1,064 passed the Master Plumber Licensure Examination given by the Board for Master Plumbers in Manila, Baguio and Iloilo this February 2018.
